Jenny Lynn Giberson, PMHNP-BC

Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

Jenny Lynn is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner whose work is grounded in compassion, lived experience, and a deep belief that healing is always possible. Her path into mental health care has been both professional and personal.

Life experiences, both challenging and meaningful, shaped her understanding of what it means to struggle, to search for answers, and to hope for something better. Rather than turning away from pain, she felt called toward it. Today, those experiences inform the empathy, presence, and dedication she brings to every individual and family she serves.

She began her nursing career in inpatient psychiatry, caring for individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. That work strengthened her commitment to treatment that is not only evidence-based but deeply human, focused on the whole person rather than solely a diagnosis.

In practice, she provides thoughtful psychiatric medication management, hormone-informed mental health care, ketamine-assisted treatment, and integrative approaches that support genuine emotional and physical balance. Her philosophy is straightforward: lasting wellness occurs when mind, body, biology, and personal story are addressed together.

She also serves as a parenting coach, helping caregivers strengthen connection, emotional safety, and resilience within their families. She believes that when parents feel supported, generations can heal.

Outside the office, she enjoys adventuring, exploring new places, and building lasting memories with her partner and their blended family.

Above all, she believes individuals are not defined by their most difficult seasons. With the right support, healing can unfold, strength can return, and life can feel whole again.
